About Sableweld

Built in North Carolina. Made for the Mud.

Sableweld is a one-person fabrication shop based in North Carolina, making custom ATV parts the way they should be made — by hand, to order, with no shortcuts.

Who We Are

Every part that ships from Sableweld is designed, cut, and finished by a single maker right here in North Carolina. There's no warehouse, no overseas production run, and no shelf full of generic parts waiting to be relabeled. When you order from Sableweld, a real person gets to work on your specific build.

The Workshop & Process

Parts are produced using a CNC machining process that delivers tight tolerances and consistent results — every time. The same process that aerospace and industrial manufacturers rely on is what goes into your rad cover, mount, or skid plate. Once cut, each piece is inspected and finished before it ever leaves the shop.

Materials & Quality

We don't cut corners on materials. Sableweld parts are built from quality stock chosen for durability in real off-road conditions — the kind of riding that happens on Can-Am Outlander, XMR 700, Renegade, and Polaris Highlifter machines. These aren't trail-ride parts. They're built for the deep stuff.

Why Made-to-Order Matters

Mass-produced parts are made to fit most machines adequately. Made-to-order parts are made to fit your machine correctly. When you place an order with Sableweld, production starts on your part — not a part pulled from a bin. That means better fitment, better quality control, and a part that was actually made for you.

It also means lead times are real. We'd rather be honest about that than rush something out the door that isn't right.
